No Guaranteed Outcomes: Readings and sessions explore potential timelines, energetic trajectories, and personal shifts based on your current frequency. Because you possess free will and results vary from person to person, specific future outcomes, results, or financial gains cannot be guaranteed.
4. Delivery & Turnaround Time (Readings)

Format: Services purchased as digital readings are delivered as a personalized audio voice memo sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.

Turnaround Time: Standard delivery is within 10 business days from the time your details and questions are successfully received.
5. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations (Live Sessions)

Reservation: Your private session time is reserved exclusively for you. Full payment is required to secure your booking. Because I intentionally work with a limited number of clients, your commitment allows me to reserve dedicated time, presence, and energy for your experience.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a live session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, missed sessions, or failure to attend without prior notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Practitioner Rescheduling: If I ever need to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange a new appointment at the earliest mutually convenient time.
6. Right to Refuse, Refunds & Cancellations

Practitioner’s Right to Refuse: Soulmaster Studio and Kristiina Niimester reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or deny service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. If a service or session is declined before our work begins, any payment made will be refunded in full.

Energetic Misalignment & Full Refunds (Readings): If during the energetic tuning process I determine that I cannot connect with or read your energy or situation clearly, I will notify you promptly and issue a 100% full refund of your payment.

General Sales & Programs: Due to the personalized and energetic nature of digital intuitive work and private containers, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the process or program has begun. If you choose to discontinue a program after it has started, any remaining scheduled sessions, voice note support, and other included services will be forfeited. Any outstanding installment payments remain due according to your selected payment plan.
7. Personal Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
You retain full, sole responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as well as any choices, decisions, or actions you take in your life. You are participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulmaster LLC, founder Kristiina Niimester, and its practitioners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your session, program, or the application of insights provided.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information, situation overviews, and questions shared during the booking process or live sessions are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership
All content on soulmasterstudio.com, including text, graphics, branding, methodologies, audio recordings, and visual designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kristiina Niimester and Soulmaster LLC. Unauthorized copying, distribution, imitation, or commercial exploitation of these proprietary works is strictly prohibited.
10. Business Identity & Legal Protection
Services and digital products provided under the Soulmaster Studio brand are operated and legally protected under Soulmaster LLC and founder Kristiina Niimester. All rights regarding brand identity, frameworks, and intellectual property are fully reserved.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
