Welcome to your own private retreat - a soulful, serene and joyfully curated experience where every guest receives presence, peace and personal insight. This offering blends the power of crystal sound bowls, a grounding meditation and personal intuitive card readings into one immersive experience that feels activating yet effortless. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, bachelorette, team event, life transition or simply gathering your soul circle, this experience is designed to bring calm, clarity and connection. We begin by gently guiding the group into presence through meditation and a crystal bowl sound journey. This softens the body, stills the mind and opens the energy field. From this attuned space, each guest receives a personal 1:1 intuitive card reading. Either in a separate room or a quiet corner, depending on your setup. No prior experience is needed. Just arrive open and curious. Blankets, candles, a cozy setup or even celebratory drinks are all welcome. The energy is both grounded and elevated -perfect for soulful celebrations. This experience lasts approximately 3 hours depending on group size. Yoga mats (up to 10) are provided upon request. All readings, setup and energetic preparation are included. Travel within the Austin metro area is covered. Ask qoute for event outside Austin, TX. Cancellation Policy
Soulmaster Studio Experience Policy These gatherings are sacred and energetically prepared with care. Please take a moment to read the following guidelines so we can co-create the clearest, most aligned experience possible. Bookings & Confirmation All experiences are booked upon mutual agreement and energetic alignment. After submitting your request, you’ll receive a personal reply from Soulmaster Studio within 24–48 hours. Your date is confirmed once payment and final details are agreed upon. Timing & Setup Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time unless discussed otherwise. Please allow 15–30 minutes of setup time before the session start, especially for sound journeys. For private readings, a quiet space or separate room is ideal. If unavailable, we will adapt. Pricing & Payment Pricing is based on group size and includes energetic preparation, session facilitation, and travel within the Austin metro area. Events outside Austin may include a custom travel fee. Full payment is due prior to the session date unless otherwise agreed. Tipping is never expected, but always received with gratitude. Cancellation & Rescheduling Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to honor preparation time and schedule commitment. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable. Energetic Boundaries & Liability These sessions are intuitive and energetic in nature, and are not intended as medical, psychological or financial advice. They are not a substitute for professional care or therapy. Soulmaster Studio offers spiritual insight, intuitive support and energetic presence. Each participant is responsible for their own choices, interpretations and integration of the session. By booking or participating in an experience, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and agree to assume full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional and energetic well-being during and after the session. Guests must be 18+ for individual readings unless otherwise arranged.
